SHIPPING A FIREARM - FFLs AND TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

FiringLineGuns.com will transfer ownership of any firearm ONLY to individuals or agencies in possession of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). This means we cannot ship directly to you (unless you have an FFL).

At your request FiringLineGuns.com will transfer your purchased firearm to a licensed gun dealer in your state. ** A transfer form MUST BE COMPLETED before the Firing Line will accept a transfer or send an FFL to your dealer.

• It is your responsibility to complete all required paperwork when you pick up your purchase from your local dealer.
• It is your responsibility to contact the FFL dealer.
• Be aware that it is customary for your local dealer to charge a transaction fee at the time you pick up your purchase.

This transfer fee is strictly between you and your local dealer. It is your responsibility to check with your local dealer concerning any policy of this kind and concerning your obligations. You do not pay FiringLineGuns.com the transfer fee. By purchasing a firearm from us you acknowledge that you may have to pay your dealer a fee for transferring the gun to you.

NOTE: Shipping regulations require that primers and powder, even if combined on the same order, must be shipped in separate packages, each with an additional $25 hazardous material shipping fee in addition to regular shipping charges. • You must be 21 years of age to purchase a handgun from a Federal Firearms Licensed dealer (FFL)
• You must be 18 years of age to purchase a long gun from a FFL dealer
• All handguns and long guns must be transferred from an FFL dealer to the customer in the state of the customer's residence
• Long guns can be purchased and transferred to a resident of any state in any state provided that the transfer is legal in both the purchaser's state and the state in which the transfer is taking place
• Customers must complete the federal ATF F 4473 and pass the required Brady Act background check before a firearm can be transferred to the customer

SHIPPING

Shipping days are Monday-Friday. Orders received after 3pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. The shipping charge for most small accessories is approximately $10. Whenever possible, we will combine shipping for multiple small accessories on the same order. Shipping insurance is offered at a rate of $2 per $100 ordered item(s) value. firinglineguns.com is not responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged in transit by UPS or USPS. If you would like to review the total shipping charges for your order, click Checkout to preview the order. You can preview the order, including shipping charges, before you click to Confirm your order. The shipping and handling charge covers the cost of standard shipping. If you require expedited shipping, the shipping fees will be greater. You must contact us for a quote if you require expedited shipping.

Firearms normally ship within 3-7 working days after we receive your payment and a copy of the Federal Firearms License. Non-firearm orders normally ship from 3 to 7 days after we receive your payment.

Handguns are shipped UPS and arrive at their destination in 2 to 3 business days to any state (except during holidays). Cost of shipping will be based on zone.

Long guns are shipped UPS Ground and arrive at their destination in 5 to 7 business days to any state (except during holidays). Cost of shipping will be based on zone.

NO INTERNATIONAL SALES.

RETURNS

All returns are to be within 5 days of receipt of merchandise excluding firearms. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged upon receipt and inspection of item. Returns are accepted for defective merchandise only. DO NOT TAKE POSSESSION OF YOUR GUN IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER. Please inspect your gun thoroughly before proceeding with the transfer. Once a gun is transferred to you it is considered USED, even if you have not fired it. Consequently, we cannot take the gun back and provide a full refund. Used firearms are as is and NO returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

PICKING UP ITEMS FROM OUR RETAIL STORE

If you intend to pick up an item from our retail store that you have ordered, please allow 4 working days before pickup. Be sure to call in advance to see if your order is ready.

We must charge Michigan sales tax (6%) if you pick a gun up from the retail store. (You should see this amount calculated into your order before you complete your purchase).

If you are not a legal resident of Michigan you cannot pick up a handgun from our store; you must have the gun transferred to a dealer in your state of residence. You may pick up a rifle or shotgun from our store if it is legal to own in your state of residence.

CANCELLATION AND ORDER CHANGE FEES

We invest time and money to prepare every order that is placed on our site, even before the order ships. After you have placed your order online, or over the phone with a sales associate, you will be charged 10% restocking fee if you decide to cancel order or substitute products. Adding items to an existing order will not be charged any additional fee. By placing an order or making a phone order with a sales associate you agree to pay this 10% restocking fee should you cancel or change your order. Our business is not set up to change orders easily. We apologize for having to implement these fees but changes were made in order to keep our prices low.

ITEM AVAILIBILITY

Occasionally we have only one item in stock and more than one person orders it. We will honor the first order with credit card information. If we run out of stock we will cancel your order and refund your money. If you do not provide credit card information we do not hold items from your order. Consequently, if someone else with guaranteed funds buys the same item it may become unavailable and we cannot ship one to you. Once you place an order with us we will set your items aside with your name on them ONLY if you provide credit card information. This is our only way to know you are serious about the order. If you do send us a check or money order and we sell the item to someone else, we will return and void your personal check or mail you a refund check.

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions or pictures on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will return the money.

If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect price and a customer orders one, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will not bill the customer.
